• Check through VRS Diagnosis whether there is a connection to the telephone network
  • Check the number of satellites
  • Check if the NAV controller is connected
  • Check whether the subscription of the SIM card has not expired
  • Check whether the antenna is properly mounted and that there are no breaks in the cable
  • Check whether modem has voltage
