- Check through VRS Diagnosis whether there is a connection to the telephone network
- Check the number of satellites
- Check if the NAV controller is connected
- Check whether the subscription of the SIM card has not expired
- Check whether the antenna is properly mounted and that there are no breaks in the cable
- Check whether modem has voltage
